Nasser Holdings LLC ("Nasser Holdings," "we," "us") is a privately held holding company based at 2401 Fountain View Dr, Suite 803, Houston, Texas 77057. This policy covers nasserholdings.com and how we handle information connected to it. Our brands, Wingbay, Dripped and Goldbeam Construction, may publish their own policies on their own websites.

Information you give us. If you contact us or submit a form, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company and message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours may record basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and general location, through cookies or similar tools, so we can keep the site working and understand how it is used.

We use Plaid Inc. to connect our company's own bank and card accounts to our internal accounting tools. This data belongs to Nasser Holdings and its companies, is used only for our own bookkeeping and reporting, and is never sold or shared outside our company and its service providers. Only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, email, accounting and software providers, under confidentiality obligations. We also share it when the law requires or to protect our rights. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for accounting, tax and legal records. After that it is deleted or anonymized. When a bank connection is no longer needed, we remove it and its stored access.

We use reasonable safeguards, including two factor authentication on our key systems, encrypted connections, encrypted storage by our providers, secrets kept in a secure vault, and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what we hold.
